fuel problems

my truck wont start on its own have to goose it with starting fluid. The injection pump runs strong theres no smoke. It looses prime as soon as i turn it off. I can bleed it off and it will catch prime and as soon as the lift pump kicks off it looses it. i can also play with the injector lines from the lift pump to the inlet side of the fuel canister and it fires off.. When it looses prime i can cycle the lift pump and hear what sounds like air coming out down by the lift pump??

I just can't follow your problem here to help.

The injection pumps runs strong, but the truck won't start? I'm lost.

It could be some of the rubber in the fuel line is cracked. I would give it a check.

Sounds like you have an air leak in your fuel system, save your LP and IP and redo your fuel lines. I have the FASS system but for the stock setup I hear the Vulcan system works great.

Check it out here.
