Fuel problems after fuel system install

Now I just recently had a Glacier Fuel system installed by a reputable shop here in town. Once I picked the truck up I noticed a few problems. When I first started the truck up I noticed a fuel pressure of about 17psi. Right after that initial spike of fuel pressure it went down to 0psi and stayed there for the whole drive home. I shut the truck off and had a very difficult time starting after, it cranked over for a long time, made loud "clanking" noise and would only start after 3 or 4 times. The drive back to the shop was at 0psi as well, with very limited power.

Now everything in the Glacier kit was troubleshooted and replaced, so there is nothing faulty with the kit. The shop figures it could be an injector problem, or perhaps cp3 problem. The only other fuel related problem I've had was two months ago my truck threw a code (can't remember the exact code) but it read cp3 regulator. What do you guys think could be the potential problems? How much does it typically cost to do all injectors, or one injector?

Bad injector would not cause 0 supply pressure. Check your flow rate from pump. Does pump have power and ground?
