Boy this block heater cord thing is getting complicated. Probably get it figured out in time for spring, then forget next fall what we discussed.

But at least we've all been able to get a laugh off here and there, at both our own and others' expense... generally about $15 worth of expense (just enough to replace yet another orange snake).
