hey-Hey!!!,
If it is to be a Truck, gimme a 1986 F250 with a VE-ed 4BT ahead of a NV5600. Motor mods? HX35 and a water/air IC should do it...

For the car, let me have a 2010 manual Fusion Sport for a rolling chassis and a 1.8L TDCi and its 5 spd from a Euro Transit Connect. That should drink half as much Diesel as the proposed F250( and I'd wring near 30 mpg from that one ). I'm soon going to have the CAD gents at work to tell me if it will fit easily...
cheers,
Douglas

I like the Cherokee Chief someone here posted up about, hope you finish it and would love to see pics. Any chance of a 6dt fitting in there? My dream was of a fully loaded Grand Wagoneer with a 12V.

2nd choice was a 12V Ramcharger, I know its been done but I'd like to do one for fun, or perhaps a 24V Durango..... I think I saw one done but it looked like a nightmare....

Basically something like a Diesel Excursion but in a Dodge/Cummins flavour.

Hmm maybe when that new 1/2 V8 Cummins comes out that might fit in a Durango... I hope someone in the aftermarket is working on standalone kits for it already....

it's not reality yet... but i just might be trying to swap a 6bt into my 03 Ram 1500 RCSB 2wd. i've always wanted to do it since it would be way different. and then pump it up so it puts out like 500-600HP. on a sidenote, there's a USAF Dodge Bobtail sitting down the road that has a 6bt in it, but don't know the year. i'm hoping it's 91 to 93. my tranny is on the slow road to death and was thinking...h mmmmm... i've gotta take the tranny out... hhmm. why not just take the whole shabang out and drop in a ole 12v. OH BABY!!!! mentioned it to my wife last night. she didn't say no.... but....... i think she might actaully consider letting me burn some bucks and git'r'dun.

how's that?

I installed a CUMMINS QSB 4.5L (industrial engine ) into a 1994 Jeep Wrangler and added Air Cond. and power steering pump ( both from 2005 Dodge Ram 5.9L Cummins ) !!

I just found information that a 2.8L VM Motori ( available in 2005 and 2006 Jeep Liberty ) shares transmission bolt pattern with the Jeep 4.0L six !! Meaning you can bolt the AX-15 and NV3500 and NSG370 6-speed to the 2.8L VM motor !!!

Here's one i will throw out there. I LOVE my 98 12v but the truck is really starting to show its age. rust is taking over doors, bed, front fenders. Inteior is bad shape, carpet, seats, dash, headliner all trashed. I LOVE the engine its built the way i want it, same with trans and axles. For all new parts inside and out plus paint, it wouldn't be nothing to get $10k-$15k in it easy to make it mint again. Plus its still a quad cab truck with small back seat So...... What about 1500 Mega-Cab you can pick up for $15-$22, Pull the engine, trans, t-case, front and rear axles sell them for a few thousand, then pull eveything out of my 98 and put into it. 12v Mega-cab That would be sweet.
Truck along these lines of this.
