It was great, I love building things like that.

Find me a chunk of 3/8" plate so I can build a work bench, and we will get that manifold built right away...

I think that your exhaust manifold would the cat meow along with the passager air horn. It would almost look like a stock 5.9L and would really clean-up the under the hood of my truck. I found out a few different ways to increase the power in the 10.

Nice work guys. I'm glad it's no longer stock, Mike. I was getting worried about you!

So at this point you might as well throw the entire Glacier Diesel catalogue at it!
Totally delete the EGR, EGR throttle valve & everything related to it, plus grid heater relocate upstream, plus a larger smooth flowing intake horn.

I see that not all of the 07.5-09 6.7L parts are compatible with the 2010 6.7L. This is a new piece for the 2010's:

The factory grid heater design is really lame:

It's not clear if the 07.5-09 intake manifolds are compatible with the 2010's:

Anything else I can help you spend your money on?!!

That intake horn is super nice.
I hope it is also compatible with the 2010 engines. That intake would require a remote mount grid heater (if a grid heater is required).
The Glacier guys say their 07.5-09 6.7L remote mount grid heater & intercooler tube won't work on the 2010 trucks. I wonder why?

Lack of room? Or do the 2010 trucks have completely different intercooler tubing design?

No worries Joe about the air horn, we will have it figured out. I want to put in a cam and a primary turbo on this truck at some point. Man, these stock turbos are so limited. Water/methanol and fass 150 is also on the list. Still warming up to the dual or larger CP pump. Also working on some newly designed injectors nozzles to get rid of that last piece of emission junk.

Malcolm is testing it on a 2010 right now. Should be dyno numbers up on that thread Monday or Tuesday.

I am not sure of all the differences for the 2010.

air heater grid will restrict air flow. Passager is a 4in air horn and most others are 3 1/2in.

Just for info, I did the rest electronic deletes on the air horn and the exhaust cooler today. The truck throws codes with the air horn butterfly disconnected. Might have to leave it hooked up. Of course I could call H&S and get a custom tune for the truck.

Might have to run a MP-8 or boost fouler to get any decent power out of it. Of course its almost required to run 625 studs on the 6.7L, as there is almost no material between cylinders for a decent head gasket seal. Max boost so far has been 32-34psi and egt's around 1200 deg's. I pull my trailer this weekend and update everyone on how the black maxx is for towing.

I grab that of you next time that I'm down there buddy. Might have to check out we need to do to get the 10 brakes onto the older rides. 14.175 front and 14in on the rear. I have to replace my crank sensor anyways. Appears not to be alot of room for orings. The cylinders are pretty close together.
