The one I test drove had some kind of embelishments on the hood, almost like giant luvers.

 

I haven't noticed the hood louvers. I guess it's more of the "Let's be like Chevy and Ford" thing.
My sister in law just a Chevy. That thing has these obnoxious black plastic ones. Looks like absolute crap.
I told she needs to have them painted white to match the rest of the truck. She likes em says they give it character. I say it looks like cheap plastic crap!!
