Remember when replacing your air filter with high flow ones most DO NOT filter nearly as well as needed for everyday driving. You WILL pay the price if you use cotton gause high flow filters with oil. Turbo's are not cheap and dirt in them don't work well for long. Been there done that! Wished I hadn't.

I know a few and seen a few here on DTR and TDR. I even know a local pilot who has one on his 99 Dodge. As for Monnshyne, the BHAF is not a cotton gauge filter, but a large truck filter that would come stock on a Pete or Freightliner Tractor with a Cummins Motor.
The BHAF stands for Big Honking Air Filter. This type of filters requires the removal and some home grown fabercations to adapt this filter to the intake stream on our trucks. Most remove the stock air box and use exhaust or PVC pipe along with some large hose clamps to plum the filter into the rubber hose going to the turbo.
I do not know of the part number for the air filter, but you can do a search on the performace and aftermarket forum and probably find what you are looking for. Honestly, I think this would be a better upgrade than a cotton oil bath filter. With the exception of the filter element being exposed to underhood temps and foul weather road splash.

Yeah, gotta rig 'em. I bought a piece of pvc that fit inside the opening to the BHAF. I glued it in, but I had to use my dremel and cut the mount for the sensor off the top of the stock box, then grind it to conform to the pvc. Then I glued that to pvc and uses some screws to go through the holes on the sensor and the mount into the pvc. It never set a code, so I did something right. The pvc fit perfectly into the stock intake tube.
