Has anyone had any problems from there ashtray door? I keep change in it but not alot. But it wont close now. So i didnt know what is broke on it. Anyone know?

 

There are pennies and Quarters stuck under the ashtray itself. Mine does it all the time. Just take out the ashtray, and slide a thin knife or piece of cardboard under the bottom hinge of the door. You can fish out all the loose change from there. Or just take it to the dealer if your warrenty is still valid and have them fix it. Good Luck

 

Mine keeps flipping open too. Even after I get the change from behind it, it still flips open. Has done it since day one. Really minor, but annoying.

 

Just checked it out, no change around it. Still wont shut.

 

Maybe the ashtray isn't pushed all the way down.

 

I had the same issues on my 05 rat. I didnt use it for anything just same trash here and there. it wouldnt stay shut either. my dash already came apart on my 06 so they all have issues

 

same deal as my cup holder. wont stay closed. oh well

 

You have broken one the tabs that the ashtray hooks in to.
