A/C problems!

HELP!!
When I first start the truck in the morning the A/C compressor will not engage. Doesn't matter what setting, A/C defrost, recirc. It will not engage no matter how long I drive the truck. If I stop after at least 15-20 minutes and shut the truck off, the A/C will come on at startup and run the rest of the day. Stoping and starting multiple times, the A/C always works. After an all night cool down the problem starts all over again.
When running the A/C blows cold. Gauge set shows complete charge when unit is running. I'm thinking somewhere in the system is a sensor, either temp or pressure that is causing the problem. anyone have any ideas??
Thanks for any help

I would guess it's the low pressure sensor. Some of them are adjustable but I'm not sure if ours are or not.
I am sure somebody with more knowledge will chime in.
