You have an HE341, it was available for 03-04 and the HE351 is for 04.5 and up 5.9's. The HE341 has a 57 or 58mm compressor and a 9cm exhaust housing. The HE351 has a 62mm compressor and 9cm housing. The HY35 was only on late 2nd gen automatics .
There are some good pics and write up available on the 2nd gen forum.

My stock Ram 3500 2003 model came with the Holset HE351CW
It's basically a HY-35 but it has a new titanium compressor wheel that's a little more efficient as well as a new compressor housing with the forward-facing outlet. Nice turbo. I think it has a 9cm^2 turbine outlet while the HX series usually had a 12cm^2 outlet.
A slightly larger turbine wheel would probably let you squeak out a little more power and fuel economy but you'd spool a touch later too.

Thats cool yours did have an HY35! I have seen a couple 2003s and they were HE341.
The tag on my 07 says HE351.
Heres some decent info from Cummins.

DaveB in Va is dead on.
HY35 in stock form has a ring compressor outlet that wont even mount to 3rd gen plumbing.
The Hy35's exhaust outlet is also totally different and in a different location then a 3rd gen's exhaust outlet.
Although the HE341W and HY35 might have the same specs as far as wheel sizes and housing sizes goes they are both made differently to mount to completely different generation trucks.
03-04=HE341W
04.5-07=HE351CW
