Here's a link to their web page. On the right side it has a listing for the installation manuals, in pdf format as well as a trouble shooting guide. They do ditch on a contact number, wanting you to go through their dealers.

In the customer service link at the bottom they list Diesel Performance Products, Inc., as what looks to be the parent company. I think the link below may be their web page but I'm not 100% sure about that.

Before you go to court, why not contact the parent company and calmly explain, with pictures, you didn't get what their instructions call for and ask them to get involved. If you get it fixed correctly, you're golden. If you don't, there's still a legal option.
i did contact them. im awaiting their decision. the thing that edited for language me off is they say they contacted fass and that fass said you can draw from the factory straw for the fass95/1501007, but when i phoned fass they said you shouldnt draw from that straw because its too restrictive for the fass and plus youll run out at 1/4 tank. so the dealer is lying now ill have to wait and see if theyll do whats right. yes i can fix it but if they do it for free and reimburse my money im golden.

Alright, it sounds like you're making a little head way. At least you got someone at the parent company to at least listen, that's good. Maybe you can request another dealer to work on your truck since there is a trust issue with the current one. BTW, I edited out the bad stuff in your previous post.
