transmission help!!!!
this is my first post ever, but anyway. i am about to upgrade my tranny and was wondering which company had the best one. i am looking at an ATS or a NADP but dont know which one to get.
They're all good. ATS is a little overpriced for me. Good converters though. There's also Goerend, HTS, DTT, and Suncoast. I would call around and see which one gives you the warm fuzzies because they all come real close to the same quality and vary a little in price.
DTT as well.
All my friends use DTT And they never have any Problems at all.
i was talking to the owner at Floor it he said that he runs DTT on his 800 HP Sled puller for 3years now said he's never had to drop the tranny.
in a customers truck he's already had to replace the ATS out about 3 times already and it's just a Street/work truck

Hello, I am new to DTR....
I am running a fully built Goerend 48RE tranny with a billet 15-blade torque converter (1900 stall), with a 47RE valve body (for 2nd-4th gear lockup capability) and I love this thing I have a big built truck with lots of torque and this things handles it like no big deal... just my $.02
thanks
