After having a my transmission overhauled and a new Goerends T/C V/B and BD flex plate. The transmission seems to have a hesitation between 1 and
2nd gear. I'm taking the truck back to the shop on Monday. Any idea's what this could be?

 

I am getting a Goerend tranny in February. He mentioned that this could be a problem and advised I buy a "shift enhancer" with the tranny. It's purpose is to adjust the electronic pressure motor.

Have you tried contacting Dave at Goerend?

 

my ats vb came with the shift inhancer.

 

Any idea on what this cost? How hard is it to install

 

easy to install. clip one wire in the wiring pack down on the side of the tranny, splice and solder in the enhancer harness, wire it into the ignition harness in the steering column and your done. The instructions are easy to go by and tells you what color the wires are.

 

dodge mechanic told me that he had to splice the pig tail into the pcm. i paid 500 for my vb

 

Ive got the V/B I just need the shift inhancer? Where do I get one of these.

 

I got mine from Dave. Pretty good. 3 settings, daily, tow, race.

 

I got mine at ENTERPRISE ENGINE PERFORMANCE in Thornville Ohio.
They get them from Dave. Dave buys them from DTT.

 

You might just have a misadjusted front band..
