will my egt's get hotter with the beta 4.4 compared to the newest software on the mads sight with a stock turbo

 

Yes they will, but not by a whole lot.

 

thanks tcr, right now i can run 120mph at 3400 rpms and the highest it gets to is 1200 degrees. how much higher do you think it will go?

 

as are mine, but they're still much better than stock and you're getting a whole lot more fuel....i dont dog my truck, but it's real hard to get over 1100* unless your foot is really into it and even then it's hard to get over 1300-1400*...have to do at least a 0-100 run

 

thanks jgiachino, I'm running the 4.11 wild, is the 4.4 that much stronger and is the timing any different

 

4.4 was the beta for some of the features of 4.11 (smoother more linear power, mileage, timming curve)....but it also does pressure (safe amounts)...and it feels as if it's a ton stronger / more agressive and believe it dyno's much more as well (definately more than 170hp)....all that and it can be very doctile / daily driver....i leave mine on level 7 (need a fuel pump) and it's perfect.

 

Wish i had a place i could get to 120mph....arizona is the speed **** capital of the states....although i think i'd stop at 3400rpm w/o springs....

 

yeah I heard that, I guy from work wanted to race me with his 99 ford 7.3 with a TS PERFORMANCE chip and I walk the dog on him on the interstate. Around here you can figure out where the troopers hide at.
