I have got some more results back from Marcos latest program. The Smarty passed the Scary Larry on my truck. When we first tested, the standard Crazy Larry and Smarty were equal with the Scary Lary cranking out a additional 34hp. The new hot version of the Smarty has passed the Scary Larry by 11hp. These tests are on the same dyno, just changing the downloader. I can drive it on the lower levels on the smarty on the street but have to be careful of smoke with the 5s in my truck. Should be released to the public soon. Tim

How bad does it smoke? Enough to attract the wrong attention?

 

With my injectors it can smoke bad but with stock or moderate injectors it should just smoke when you want it to. Tim

 

Any other benefits like more top or bottom end, higher revs, eliminated top speed limiter,...Same curves on the dyno?

 

Is it just dumping more fuel? Or what.

 

so what would you say it the total RWHP gains from the new hot program, isnt the CL like 230? so would that make the hot 240? thanks for the write up too timinva

The CL is 180 and the regular smarty is 170, but the Scarry Larry program is supposed too be 230+, so the Hot smarty would be 240?

Regular crazy larry is around 190hp just like the smarty. 230hp rating is if used on a duramax. The Scary larry is around 230hp for Dodges. I have heard some say 260hp for the scary version but on mine it was 231hp. The hot smarty gave me 11 more. Tim
