I thought I was all set to order the 4" MAGNA-FLO cat back stainless exhaust system and now I'm so confused
I want to drop EGT's and Make it Louder (not deffening) but a good tone (I have only heard the BANKS MONSTER and really like that sound)
WHAT DO YOU HAVE?????????????
WHY??????????????

Get the 4" MBRP exhaust. I have it and love it. I have heard that the banks sounds bad, and the magnaflow isnt the shiznit, but its ok. Mine is right on the money for good sound!

Bully Dog has a six inch system that I like but the options are endless. Never have been a big fan of Banks but everyone has their own flavor. Best thing you can do is look around on the internet for what you like, or go custom. I personaly have dual 7" stacks and I did that to be different around here not many people have stacks.

Why spend the money for the entire system? Your truck allreaady has a 4" exhaust.
I bought the MBRP muffler and saved a couple hundred bucks and the truck sounds awesome! It has a nice growl, not to loud but can defintely be heard, and performance was increased.
Install took about an hour.

I want to cut the cat out too, so I'm going to need some more pipe (I'm assuming)
Where do I get the "chunk" to replace the cat?????????????
Will the MBRP tip fit on the stock pipe???????????????

Thier site didn't work with my credit Card for some reason so I called and talked to John Hamlin and he took care of me.

Forgot to add, everything is a direct bolt up,
I didn't have any problems with the fitting.
If you have never done exhaust work before you will need a pry bar to pry the muffler and back pipe out of the stock hangers,
a little wd-40 and everything will slide back in to the hangars much easier.
If you don't have a Saws-all buy some new hacksaw blades, I don't own a saws-all so I had to cut by hand, not to difficult with a good blade and saw.
One of these day's I'm gonna buy one of those SAWZALLS!

I wouldn't blow money on a full cat-back if you already have the 4" exhaust from the factory. Like others said just replace the muffler and put on a cat "test" pipe. I put the MBRP muffler with a 5" tip on my MegaCab and the sound is just about perfect. You can get everything from this site. Contact Lary Ellis at the number on the home page. He has great prices. Good luck!

AeroTurbine.
You will not regret it. It is so choice. I have a posting from this forum from yesterday that breaks it down. Their design is amazing, and unique. I think the AeroTurbine off of the downpipe w/ 4" pipe off of the outlet (4") will make you happy.
