Max Rail pressure for the CR F1 injectors?
What sort of fuel filter system are you running?
I'm wonder if the crap/water in the fuel you are getting is making it to the injectors?
Given the fuel quality you have to work with an upgraded filter/water extraction system and a rigorous filter management program might need to be thought over...
I'd say the injectors are killing you motor. The question is what is killing you injectors?
I feel your motor pain...been there done that...Several times!
If I was building another full tilt motor Tim Barber would get the call....No question. His prices are reasonable and the quality is first rate. (757) 831-7451

and Turbo charger overboost condition P0234
I only get those too all the time, at WOT with smarty turned up.
To me it looks like the fuel not hitting inside of bowl too, and it sounds like it too. i just dont get it why?
Im using the original airdog FP 150 thats supposed to have a 2mic filter on there.
I still dont get the RP thing. i have never seen over 27000 on the gauge.
maybe its making over 30000 psi, when the sensor only shows up to 27000
the truck ran 12.2 quartermile with dual pumps, - 23,500 psi
and with the mp8 being the only addition it ran 11.9 - 26,500 psi
The mp8 might be the problem, but the truck runs like crap with everything detuned, it rattles on low boost <10psi and it sometimes starts smoking blue/white with a warm engine at idle.
in the mornings in runs rough, even at 20 deg celsius. so i know there is something esle wrong
IIRC the rail pressure sensor on a 5.9 will only read 27 or 27.5k max. your rail pressure is probably way over that. im a 2nd gen guy so i cant help you fully but it does sound like you have a fuel rail pressure problem. im assuming the fuel quality isnt all that great down in mexico so some top notch filters on your AD would be awesome, most likely more then 1 F/W sep. its been mentioned that the injectors look like they are spraying outside the bowl and that maybe why your melting so quickly, im not sure if too much rail pressure will change the spray pattern but its something to look into.
Well the best filter available for the AD is actually a 5um filter, and the f/w isn't anywhere near what OEM spec is for f/w sep (OE is 95% free and emulsified and AD is 50% free only)... So not saying that killed your injectors, but its not the filtration that AD wants you to think it is (despite them selling it as a replacement/improvement for the OE system)
Could you be spraying outside the bowl due to timing? Spraying too soon or too late through the use of too much timing. When I bought my MP8, I had Dennis set it up to be stacked with other devices such as the TST. I'm not sure what exactly he does for that stack, but my truck is awesome with the MP8 stacked.
Basically, have you tried running the smarty and everything else with stock timing. My '06 truck ABSOLUTELY HATES TIMING. TiminVA, another member here has an '06 twin turbo twin pump truck and he says his hates timing. I've heard that too much timing melts things and you can't tell because your trapping heat in the cylinder that doesn't register on the EGT gauge. Maybe you've heard that before, I'm just trying to help. I would definately avoid any additional timing on your 4th motor just to see if that's the cause. Best of luck and I'd love to have an 11 second truck.

Nope, they try to tell you that, but its a 5um absolute filter. The filter that is supplied, and the best replacement is a FF5613, rated at 5um at 98.7% and 2um at 94%. 3um isn't even rated so I am not sure why that was ever listed.

so should i just change out filters on the AD? or a new setup?
on the AD milter it says 2 micron... but probably is not!
should i just take the truck to a shop in the states and let them handle everything? i was thinking tim barber, but he is a bit far away, but if that would be the best choice, i think the truck could still make it there. it still runs "ok" when warm... it has pulsating blowby, and the #6 nozzle had some melted aluminum to it, when pulled out....
It is still 5um absolute so if that is fine with you then I would run it, if you want more you can add another filter in after the AD. I would consider replacing the f/w sep with a FS19594 and see how your pressures react. The FS19594 is a 20um f/w sep rated at 90% free and emulsifed water removal. The OE f/w sep is 140um and only removes 50% free and 0% emulsified water. That should really help out, and your final fuel filter will only be receiving particles less than 20um.
