max rail pressure

i was wondering on the bullydog pmt it has a gauge for ICP and measures in KSI is that rail pressure? or what pressure is that and whats the max it should hit?

rail pressure sensor only reads to 26,500 psi I was told if it shoots up to that point fast and stays there you are probably a little higher

you don't want more than 25.5K These injectors are operated off pressure as well as electronics. If yo uhave toomuch pressure, they don't open and close right.

Thats not really right.

The problem with too much pressure is that if you have any dirty fuel you can wear the holes and internal parts of the injectrs out sooner with more pressure. It can also happen with stock pressure but, the more pressure applied, especially when dirty works more like an abrasive fluid than fuel. These injectors will open and close just fine with 30K or more pressure. THe pressure has nothing to do with function. They are operated 100% electrically by opening and closing a solenoid on the top of them.

The only other bad thing about too much pressure is that it will pop your relief valve. If you want to run more pressure you can modify that part and be fine.
