I have an 03 truck and there is a guy with a 04.5 that i am going to buy a ported and polished head from and i just wanted to make sure that everything would be the same and fit okay.

 

Hmm good question what is the manufature date of the truck that you are getting the head off of. 04.5 they changed stuff around 03-04 same 04.5-05 the same and early 06 then 06.5-07 same not sure if it would work man good luck i wish i had an answer for ya.
