Not to be argumentative, but I think everyone should run an auxiliary filter, even a stock truck. Poor quality fuel is bad news for the HPCR engines.

We all agree with that ptgarcia. What we were discussing is whether or not you need a pump to help push that fuel through it with or without mods, and maybe you already understand that. I know that everyone agrees with the NEED for a filter.

I have the 392 kit with the bigline kit with the 2 micron filter.I have my fuel pressure at idle set to 28 psi and I have never seen my fuel pressure below 26 psi. Rich GPD is around 600 HP and he's isn't running his rail dry. Granted I'm not running crazy Larry program or anything close but I haven't really heard of anyone draining the rail with the 392 pump. My buddy just put on GPD machinical pump on his 2001 and he's really happy with that. He's also running 100 hp sticks, smarty and a quadbox.
