Which FASS to use?

Looking to add a FASS system to my 05. Only mods so far are a superchip programmer, MBRP, and airaid cold air. Would like to upgrade singl turbo and injectors in future. I am thinking fuel first and toys that can use it next.

Recomendations?

Thanks!

My it's quiet out there!

I know that it feels like I'm draining the fuel rail when I get on it fairly hard with the performance program right now and think it's both airatioin as well as total flow.

I know you guy's have "been ther done that"

THoughts?

I started with 150gph/ switched to 200gph, plenty of fuel, pressure and definately fun. I started seeing the true potential of my Edge, and also injectors. Idled better, ran smoother and better milage during normal driving...

Fass150/200-1007 - more volume the better, with the mods you plan on doing you dont want to have to do it all over again!!!

Thank for the replys.

Looks like I can most likely stay at the 95gph since I am only looking to get to about 450-500 HP.

Brady

I missed your post before my last reply. I am thinking fat shaft 66 and about 100hp injectors. Witht he programmer and these parts I don't think I'll be above 450hp. Did you drain the rail with the 150?

I agree I don't want to have to change out the fass if I don't have to.

I actually had the phatshaft 66 before i swapped to the silver bullet, its a great turbo, if you have the extra $ i would go with a silver series, and the 90hp dragon flow injectors, and depending on the programmer i would guess you would be over or around 450 but i would def. suggest a hi HP clutch for your 6speed. The 200 seemed to be more responsive under load, towing and hi performance...The cost diff is only a few bucks so i figured what the hell!

Any problems with the fuel pick up at lower tank levels as have been noted with the Glacier system?

The clutch is definitly on the list with the FASS before any other mods. I have some slip if I get on it from low RPM's since the max torque is around 1800 rpms with the superchips.

CON/OFE and dump the dual mass flywheel.

wickeddiesels.com. Check out the eliminator fuel system. Mine is goin on next week (along with the Arson CP3 kit) and they are great people to deal with. I had FASS on my 98.5 and it worked ok...but it was loud.
