Only difference between the 2 is the original FASS has 2 filters @ at the pump (and $200.00 more), FASS II is only the pump. I love my FASS II.

I have the FASS. The number two is just a pump not a FASS. Install was cake and it works like a charm.

I also have the FASS with filters. I have not had any problems with it and it runs great fuel pressure, 14-15 psi all of the time.

i need to get ahold of someone from the manufacturer of the FASS by either a website or by phone to get a replacement spring for the pump to raise the pressure. I used to see 15-16 idle and 13 WOT

now its 12-13 idle and 9 WOT

There are 4 options!
Two different pumps...95 gph and 150 gph
Two set ups....one with filters and one without.

IMO, 95 gph is all that's needed...even at 600-700 HP! It also tends to be quieter.

The filters are nice if you have the budget...especially since it allows removal of the fuel filter canister, opening up lots of room to work on drivers side of the engine. I like the concept of the air separator...taking entrained air out of your diesel fuel. How big a difference does it make? Not sure.

I bgt 95 gph FASS I before FASS II came out. Not sure which unit I would buy today...but it would still be a FASS!
