You mean the OBD port? The Outlook Monitor plugs into the OBD port.

MSD Dashhawk. I called MSD and they said it would soon have a connection for a pyro probe. That is all it lacks. Plugs into OBD-II port. Costs around $200 I believe. Has the same case as an edge attitude so there's a lot of mounting options.

Do they have external boost sensors you can get for that? Seems like a cool system, but reading boost off the stock sensor won't cut it for a lot of people.

From what I've read and understand, the monitor works solely off of the OBD-II port. This is the same way the attitude or outlook works, so why wouldn't it cut it? I guess there's a limit somewhere as to how much the stock sensor would read but I don't know what that point is.

Yeah, it works ok with something like the Edge. The problem is the stock sensor can only read to around 42psi (I think?) and if you stack a programmer that does boost fooling then the OBD port won't show the correct boost.

the dash hawk goes for $299. That is the lowest price you will find thru an authorized Edge MVP dealer. It plugs into the OBDII port and has a harness for a pyro

So all of these products basically replace all the aftermarket guages (that are typically mounted in pods, like on the A-pillar)?

They simply plug in the OBD port and then you mount it somewhere? Wow, sounds great.........

What features do they have, or what exactly do they do and read?

What producuts do this:
MSD Dashhawk
Outlook
Edge Attitude
Quadzilla Commander

I have been looking at getting some guages, but I would really like to have a small digital readout screen that offers various info, with a smaller design and much cleaner look!

If you do not waht EGT's the Recon for under $200 works for boost and trans temp. Drill the manifold and you also have EGT.
