Which turbo? Which Injectors? Which module?

Well to start with i have an 02 dodge cummins automatic 4 wheel drive short bed. The tranny finally gave up the second gear ghost so i decided this is as good as time as any to turn it up. The tranny is getting what the builder (Goeble's in Waco) is calling a stage 3. Not sure what all it includes but i know it includes a tripple disc converter with a billet cover, all parts are getting cryoed, and what ever else he does. He says it should be good to go when hes done and i beleive him. Now with this done i can now mod it. Has anyone really had problems with the stock flexplate, or does it need to be upgraded as well.
But anyways as for power, i know i want some injectors, a module(either juice/w att or addr/w pulse), and turbo upgrades. I was thinkng maybe 150 or so injectors. This truck will have to pull loads, very likely the max these trucks can do so i need to keep that in mind. So with that what injectors should i run with the propper turbo set up. As far as the turbo which one will work good in this application. A small (bigger than my hy35) single, a big single, or a twins setup. The chip can be turned off so the only extra fuel will be the injectors.other things need to be done as well like fuel pumps and so on and input on that will be good to. With all this in mind towing probably needs to take priority over everything else but i still want to have fun with it when its not towing because it will only be towing very little but when it does its gonna have to do it within reason and thats why i have so many questions. Thats what makes this whole game complicated. lol

Super B turbo, stage 1 or 2 injectors, and a smarty should be good for around 350+ hp. I run a smarty and tst and that combo makes my truck really likes to eat up rpm, but there's lots of alternatives. Can't go wrong with a drag comp hp/dollar.

If you want a hotter tow rig than that then a small set of twins and 150 sticks will bring it into the upper 400's hp range no problem.

EDIT- fuel pump- doesn't matter what it is as long as its reliable =P

Go with a garrett 3788Rstage 3, its almost as good as twins. Think air flow like a S364 but spool almost as good as the stocker. That turbo is good for 500rwhp and would work with 150 sticks. If you have the money go for mach 4's or dynomites stage 4's, way way better than the jammers stuff. That turbo works good when you put a primary under it.

If you towing, you might want to down size injector size abit.

Mach 1.6 or mach 2's work real nice with an slightly bigger turbo. I run ddp stage 3 (110 hp size), max egt's is around 1300 deg's. Power is low to mid 400's. If you tow trailers, its a nice combo, with a comp box.

That garrett is next on my list of turbos I'd like to try. I said super b for a tow rig but the bb turbos spool nice too.

I've ran the GT3782 both in twins and as a single. I'm pretty impressed with how well it works. The only down side is that its more $$$ than a S300 turbo. I could probably up size my injectors some as I hardly have any smoke trails.

I'm in the process of building a GT3788R over a S475 twins. Its gonna be one sweet set-up. I have done some adjustments to improve the smallish sized wastegate. The twin will going on a sweet 12v build going, and try to get into the high 800/900 rwhp area. Its all in the details.

If that's the case ditch the 475 and go s480. That's the money maker right now

I orginally thought about going with the S480. I think that it will take too long to spool-up. I got the turbos already bought and the S475 was just sitting around. I have two bigger turbos that fit the T06 flange and use the 3in discharge. I thinking that a GT4508R is better turbo than the S480. The ball bearing turbo will make up for its large inducer size/exducer compressor size.

Any you guys thought about hacking off the intake inlet pleum? And just clean, polish away

What do yall think about this turbo set up. I found a good deal on it and would like some input. It is twins with a HE341 on bottom i beleive but could have them reversed, and an HX55 top. What do you think
