fass install?oem fuel line removal help

read all the posts of how hard it is to remove the oem fuel line. been trying for two hours now. i have a pair of curved needle nose pliers on the tab-they appear to be positioned perfectly. i am squeezing the hell out of it-turning, pulling, and pushing,etc-but i can not get it off!! any tricks?????-without removing the bed!! thanks!

Is is a short bed? If so then it's a real pain to get off, especially if you have big hands. My long bed was stupid simple to pull off but I helped another member with his short bed and man what a pain it was. Luckily I have little girlie hands and finally did it. You just have to squeeze it just right and it will come off.....

I guess you could loosen the bed bolts and lift the bed a little bit....

Once you get the actual line off then just attach the needle nose pliers to the factory lock clip thing and yank it off.
I havent been able to get one of those off without destroying it.

I had to push the hose all of the way up first and then sqeeze the tabs in and then it came right off. The blue retainer wouldn't come off with any amount of finess so I did exactly like Pourin said.
