Gauge install how 2 get to light switch

I am installing my tripple pod and was wondering how the light switch comes out to tap into the orange and white wire for power. I did a switch search and didn't come up with to much. Thanks Guys.

ill try to explain how i did mine. i pulled the plastic tha cover from under the steering colunm and found the switch cluster. i dont have the power pedals so i took that plug thats already there and just found a wire that was hot when the ignition was on. i cut it short and added a connector. next came the dimmer switch. for me it was just some trial and error. i located a good ground and started poking. when i found one that lit up, i would roll the dimmer switch down and notice if the light changed. im thinking it was purple...not sure. but i think i found it on the second try so not to bad. next came tapping into it. im not real electrically inclined, but i didnt think it was to bad, just had to try. hope this helps. if nobody else has the color pretty quick ill go pull mine and let you know. if any questions pm me and ill try to help

If you are talking about the Interior/Head Light module on the left of the steering column, then it just snaps out. The whole dash part that includes the switch and A/C vent just snaps out. Grab along the instrument cluster side toward the top and pull gently.

Use your cig lighter for switched power and tap your dimmer wire for lights. If you pop out the light swtich as stated above it will be the bottom right (lower set of wires and the one closest to pass side), this will be your dimmer. Mine took me about 10 minutes to wire up and works great.
