I'm aware of the hundred or so NEW turbo upgrades for 1995 12 valve but is there and later model cummins turbo that would be a at least better than the HX-35 ? I'm cheap !!!

 

HE351CW is a pretty good swap in, takes a little bit of piping work to get it to line up on the compressor side. They come in 04.5-06? 5.9's, and have a 60mm comp and aren't as prone to shaft failure as a HX40/hybrid.

 

Thank you !!! Will the exhaust pipe connect without issues ? Where do I look to locate a good used one ? Improvement over my stock hx35? Is that turbo have waste gate ? If so fo I connect it ? Also what makes this turbo so special ? On ebay I see staggered comp wheels , do I need one of those
