I have just installed a Juice w/Attitude on my 2005.
I put it on the 3rd steeing and have not tried the others.
With an empty truck from a dead stop I put the pedal to the floor theboost goes up to 38lbs. The Attitude sounds an alarm at 36lbs.
How high is too high? I believe my truck has a (plastic?) cooler on it and assume this is the weak area

 

The stock turbo is pretty inificient after 35psi, but it can handle 38-40psi. I have my defuel set to 38psi. I rarely hit that on lvl 3.

 

Quad said the trubo is good to 45 psi.

 

The turbo is the weak link?

 

I asked the same question on the cummins forum I was told not to really push it past 40# your shorting the turbos life its not designed to take that kind of shaft speed thats what I was told .

 

I can't remember who said it but he is testin the nex quad boost fouler and he said (quad told him) that 43-45 was ok and they had went as far as 50 psi.
