Anyone dyno a 03/04 305/555 w/ Smarty and a HTB2 62/12

Just curious wondering what you got for results.

Specifically on a 03/04 305/555 running just a Smarty using either the

Smarty S-06A Ver. 4.09B, Data: 2.08A or
Smarty S-06A Ver. 4.09B, Data: 2.08B
or
Smarty S-06A Ver. 4.09B, Data: 3.08B

just about sold on the idea of Hanging a HTB2/12 off the truck, ive inquired with a handful of people over the last few months on thier results and pretty much leaning towards the 62/12 but thought it would be fun to hear what some have gotten to the wheels with this combo.

Towing a 12-16k lbs gooseneck from sea level to 12k ft tends to warm up the stock turbo pretty well withthe smarty on 7 and even on 5 many times over 6k ft plus its just the fun factor

Can't really help directly but I can say that with smarty it doesn't have to be an HO for those years. The Smarty brings the SO to the HO levels. It is just an ECM thing from what I understand. (meaning there is a chance I could be wrong)

I've just installed twins and the bottom turbo is a BHT3B. As soon as I can get to the dyno I'll post results.

for some reason i thought his was running a predator and a puck or something like that. i liked his thread about the turbo after he first put it on he along with a few other postings definately sold me ont he idea

His dyno numbers definately give a good idea what is possible, i thought maybe that the smarty with the specific tuning for the after market turbo on stock (IIRC 4 hole 03/04) injectors might yeild some higher numbers??

Thanx for the heads up

I have that turbo now and also ran it on my 03. I was running a TST/EZ when I made those numbers and that was in the SO. A similar HO made about 20 more hp and 50 more tq. If you stack something with that Smarty I think you will surpass those numbers I put down....

62/12

I would recommend getting the 62/14 instead of the 62/12, and even then I don't think it's going to help towing that much weight at that kind of HP.(SW 7) I have an II PS62/14 and with the 100 Horse injectors I had to remove the Smarty altogether when towing my travel trailer last month. It just does not cool enough.
As for the HP rating on the Dyno my Smarty/Quad stack did 439/892. The 03-04 are at a 40 HP disadvantage from the 04.5+ trucks with the Smarty.

The sacrifice you make to have a 305 motor. I still love mine, its great.

I made 428.88 with the HTTB2 /62/12 with flux 2 injectors, II Stage II CP3with no boxes on.
556.8 with Smarty Bata 4.3 on 9
602.31 TST on 2 and smarty 4.3 on 9
627.49 same as above but water/meth 33% meth
Turned a best 1/4 of 13.05 at 107.4 mph with above setup
