New mega cab for the boss!

Hey, guys! My boss is getting ready to get a new mega cab ctd with the six speed manual transmission. He intends to do a lift, wheels, tires, intake, and exhaust. Is there anything particular that he should be looking out for with this truck?

DPF!! He will not notice a difference with the exhaust unless he does a DPF Delete

Is the dpf delete easy, hard, cheap, expensive, big gain, no gain, or what?

The DPF can be removed for off-road use only, otherwise it's against the law and you void your warranty.

Any more suggestions out there about what to look for in these trucks or how to improve upon them?

Send him here, and once he gets here he'll become addicted and he'll learn about all kinds of good things to spend his cash on!

Lots of mods are against the law. Lifting your truck is against the law. Removing your muffler is against the law.
Losing parts is the best thing you can do for a 6.7l truck. Then you can start BOMBing....

It sounds like the dpf delete is the most important mod, is that right? Does any one have info on pwer or mileage gains with this mod. Also, more details on the kit/parts for this?
