If you want Cummins approved. you can get fleetgaurd from www.genosgarage.com ,or the dealer or a Cummins dealer. I ordered an exhaust tip from Genos. Got here safe and quick.

I buy mine from the local Cummins dealership, Cummins Intermountain. Lots of folks on this board buy from Genos. The real answer is anywhere but the Dodge dealer. The prefered brand is Fleetguard.

genos sells a 4/2/1 kit for less than $90

four stratopore oil filters
two Fleetgaurd fuel filters
one Mopar OEM air filter

They also sell kits configured differently in case you don't need certain filters like the air filter,

I usually get my filters (Fleetguard Stratapore) from Geno's but I needed one quickly and picked up one from the Dodge dealer it cost about the same a getting it from Geno's since I didn't have to pay freight. I understand that the Mopar is a Fleetguard.

Try your local deisel repair and parts dealer that carries Fleetguard filters. I get my get my LF 16035 oil filters for $8.50, FS19579 fuel filters for $8.36 and AF26106 air filters for $9.20.
