I swung by the house at lunch and DC sent me a recall letter. Repair is for a Anti-drain back valve. Takes 1 hour and not all vehicles are effected. <br>So expect to see something within the next couple days in your mail if you have a AUTO.. <br>Little clearification for u manual guys who think u have a torque convertor.. <br><br>If I remember correctly someone on here already had that problem.

I took mine and had it repaired about a month ago after reading about it on this website. I just got my notice from DC in the mail on Tuesday.

 

Mine was changed about 3 weeks ago thanks to DTR- ;D

 

Ahh the wonderfulness of the DC recalls. they send me a letter tells me not to drive the vehicle. I take it into the dealer and say hey why u are at it lets change the oil also... Well i dropped it off Monday... they still havent changed the oil because they can not get any filters. There is not a single filter in the chicagoland area. So thats coming from Minnesota, and then the wonderful valve.... Coming from New York. Great thing is I am leaving for Dallas on Saturday at 4am... They are hopping to have the job done by Friday.. Did they overnight the parts..... no, they got the 2nd day.. now its the 4th day and still no parts.. <br>The more I defend this truck to ford and chevy guys the worse I look since I can not even keep this thing on the road. Heres to looking like a jackass.... <br>Confirm that your dealer has the parts before making a appointment...
