Its not fuel related...Its blowing fuses. Why?

I replaced the fuel filter again and started the truck up got 15 psi out of the pump and not even a minute of the truck running and the truck blew the fuse on the AirDog wireing harness.

Not sure what to do at this point.

 

I would start chasing the power wire for the airdog and see if that wire got rubbed through and is causing the fuse to blow. If that's alright, maybe you could check the voltage and see if you are getting any voltage spikes causing this.
