No Idea, Please Help

Whenever im coming to a stop 20-0 range my truck shakes really bad. Not when im accelerating or any other time only when i stop, and the harder i brake the longer and harder it shakes. What is wrong?

Warped rotors? If you go real slow and brake really, really light, does it feel like the brakes are catching, releasing, catching, releasing, etc... ?

How many miles on the truck, and on the brakes - pads and rotors? Can you feel the shaking more in the steering wheel or in the seat? Does the brake pedal pulse when you stop? If so, don't drive the truck until you replace the rotors.

I'd say its the brakes rather than tires, but what condition are the tires in?

130000 on truck id say 10000 on pads and rotors, bfg all terrains in good condition, shakes more in the seat than steering wheel, and the brake pedal doesnt pulse.

I agree with the u-joint theory. My truck was doing the exact same thing. It was the rear u-joint.

Definetly U joints My Volvo 240 Wagon(270,000 miles) did this very same thing ( 2 piece Drive shaft ) started at about 20 to 25 miles an hour, both coming to a stop and taking off, harder to pick it up taking off though

u-joints or launch shudder.

That is what my truck did till I lowered the center carrier, fixed the 20-stop issue

then just did my ujoints last week, they were gone at 22k.

I am also having the same problem although it's more like from 30-0 not 20-0 and under hard accelerations. I had the u joint behind the carrier bearing and the carrier bearing replaced back in mid-january so i find it hard to believe that they have gone out again with less than 2000 miles.

I have a 04.5 2500 4x4 6spd w/ Edge Attitude, K&N cold air intake, ATS arc intake, muffler is mia
