Whenever im coming to a stop 20-0 range my truck shakes really bad. Not when im accelerating or any other time only when i stop, and the harder i brake the longer and harder it shakes. What is wrong?
How many miles on the truck, and on the brakes - pads and rotors? Can you feel the shaking more in the steering wheel or in the seat? Does the brake pedal pulse when you stop? If so, don't drive the truck until you replace the rotors.
I'd say its the brakes rather than tires, but what condition are the tires in?

I'd agree with j above then. Check out those U-joints.

Definetly U joints My Volvo 240 Wagon(270,000 miles) did this very same thing ( 2 piece Drive shaft ) started at about 20 to 25 miles an hour, both coming to a stop and taking off, harder to pick it up taking off though

I am also having the same problem although it's more like from 30-0 not 20-0 and under hard accelerations. I had the u joint behind the carrier bearing and the carrier bearing replaced back in mid-january so i find it hard to believe that they have gone out again with less than 2000 miles.
