I stripped the bolts on the FCA, now what?

I tried to change my fCA today but I didn't get any of he 3 bolts loose using a t25 torx they all stripped out. ANybody have something they tried that worked to get them out after a t25 wouldn't?
TIA
If I don't come up with something good I'm going to tack weld bits in there to get them out.

Use a dremel to cut a slit on the end for a flat head screwdriver. I wouldn't weld right next to sensitive electronics.

Try driving an allen bit in - they're screwed into the aluminum front-cover\flange - shouldn't be that difficult to remove

you can get a pair of pliars or vise grips on the top bolt, maybe even the bottom, no help for the one on the side.

Fuel control accuator. It's what the ECU tells to supply fuel to the rail via the CP3. There are a few threads in the performance section that explain it in detail.

Yeah I did it last night, too. Stripped out the bottom bolt. Demel seems the way to go. Next time I get a free Saturday, I'm going to pull the driver side tire, the wheel well cover, and see if that frees up any more room.

Wheel well cover does help some on the bottom one. I've got the top and the side one out but the bottom one is TIGHT.
I got the side on out by welding a socket to it but the bottom one just keeps breaking off. I think I'll try the dremel idea. The top one is easy to get with vise grips but it is the only easy one.

Yeah, just cut a fat slit in the center of the bolt, and use a big screwdriver. Did you see the write up on the DIY CP3 mod?

Another trick you might try is to take a small flat chisel and gouge into the head of the bolt (going counterclockwise) and it will usually start unscrewing the bolt for you.

That little trick has saved me more than a few times! I even have a favorite chisel with a special "custom" groove in it for breaking screws/bolts loose.

Chisel trick would not work on it. The bottom one was very tight. I cut a notch in it and broke off a flat screwdriver and a flat bit trying to get it out. then I really welded a socket to it solidly and broke the head off of it. I am now using the 2 bolts and it seems to be working.
