Help with stripped FCA bolt.

Does anyone have any good ideas on how to remove a stripped out Torx head screw that retains the FCA? I had it out once and slightly stripped out the head (not the threads). It was'nt too bad so I foolishly put it back in, in the easiest to access location, on top. Well, I went to take it back out recently and stripped it completely. I've tried different sized Torx and Allen wrenches, Vise Grips, EZ Outs and Channel locks, no luck. Any other things that I could try before the FCA goes out and I'm really screwed?

Grind the head off with a carbide bit. Remove the FCA and then use a stud extractor to remove the remaining piece of the bolt.

If you have a dremmel, you could cut a notch in the screw head and use a straight screwdriver to remove it.

sell the truck dont let them know buy one thats good j/k like said above grind off and take the fca off, then it should be alot easier. Another thing that would work, but have to be really careful weld a nut onto it and then turn the nut should bring it out then just replace the screw.

I think I read where Locktight is used on factory bolts.Don't know which color locktight.Try a little heat on bolts first.

LMAO!
I am a little nervous about using heat near the expensive CP3. Same with welding. Very tight quarters you know. I thought about grinding a slot into the head with a 4 1/2" grinder, not enough room. I did'nt think about using my die grinder. Thanks for waking me up. Still a little worried about altering the bolt head, there's no going back after that. But I think that's what it's going to take. Thanks guys.
