anyone know what this is trucks runs fine and guages all quit dash lights come on"emer brake, check engine,air bags, etc" then it clicks like it resets and guages go back to normal and cylces like this every few seconds, not everytime i start it though, battery grounds are tight all grounds i see are tight.
going to dealer just wanted heads up to tell them thanks

 

P1403 No 5V to EGR Sens Loss of 5v feed to the EGR position sensor.

Sounds like a wiring issue maybe?

 

On a second look.........I don't recall an EGR system on the 5.9L..........?

if you guys are wondering got truck back and they think it was 2 wires were spread apart or lose in the overhead console ,"maybe when i installed cab lights" and it was throwing codes in all the computers thankfully they took the time to trace it down and we think it fixed the problem, time will tell, also no charge covered under warranty

yeah he gives me a very hard time and me to him, he is my buddy's cousin, its funny cause i tell him what to look for except this time, from learning on here he is always like you tell me how to fix it smart guy
