4" Exhaust Elbow on 03 305/555 Motor

Anyone done this switch over ? 03's have a 3.5" dia on the exhaust side of the elbow. I'm getting ready to install a 4" elbow off a 2005. Can the V-band camp be reused on the turbo side of the elbow ? I know the exhaust side needs a new one. PN I have from Dodge is 52121285AA for $22.00 for the exhaust side.
The turbo side V-band clamp is PN 5159965AA for $78.00
Wondering is I can save $78 buck and reuse this clamp. No idea why this clamp would cost this much money.

Thanks

My Dodge dealer wanted over $75 for the correct exhaust side clamp. Just make sure he's giving you the right one. The turbo side clamp is exactly the same so you can reuse it.

Then don't waste your time and effort, or your money.......you won't gain that much.

03CTDCO, can you read the Cummins P/N on the 4" exhaust elbow? I need a replacement for my dad's '06 and I'm sure Cummins would be cheaper than the d(st)ealer.

I think this is the PN
4" downpipe for the 04.5-05 52121600AA
But that is a Mopar not a Cummins PN

Thanks! I'll try that one too. Another one I got from someone else here was #5161570AA (?).

I did this but I also put an HE351 turbo on my truck at the same time. Honestly, as annabelle has already stated, it's really not worth the hassle if you are running stock. I doubt you will see any gain at all except maybe a slight decrease in EGTs.

I need a new exhaust system anyway. I have a 4" stainless turbo back sitting in the garage already. Picked up a used 4" elbow and my son already welded a nice bung on it and had it ceramic coated for me so I'm ready to go.

Can someone help me with which PN is correct ? Dodge dealership tells me what is shown in the pdf but the price seems wrong. They say the turbo side is $75 and the downpipe side is $25. Do they have this backwards ?

Take a look and help me out

Thank you
