my front 2.5" lvl kit s due here tomorrow. i noticed on the rear that it has 3, 1/4"T x 2"W x 4"L thick spacers between the leaf spring and axle. does y'alls trucks have the same? i'm thinking if the front doesn't sit as high as the rear after the install, i may be able to remove 1 of the spacers(?) thanks
Thought about doing the same thing, can't see there being a problem provided the threads on the u-bolts go far enough to tighten everything down.

I removed one when I put a 2" block in there to level my truck out. There is no issues in doing so, just don't take out the bottom one with the rubber end that fits into the axle.

just read the instructions to this lift. has anyone have any short cuts to the install? sure seems like a lot of dismantling of parts just to install these over the spring. can a spring compresser be used vs lifting the vehicle off of the axle/springs? thanks for any help

installing the kit wasn't too difficult. i started this morning around 07:30(after working 12 hrs last night) and was finished at 10:00 with tools cleaned and put away. truck looks betta. still about 3/4" higher in the rear
