Trans temp question

so my trans was hitting 190-195 in 100 degree weather doing 60mph, with no load. is that normal? i was getting ther reading from my edge. i know it uses the stock sensor in the trans but that seams high?? is it worth getting a seperate trans temp guage so that is more accurate?

thanks guys

I'd say that is pretty normal.

Being that mine is stock, I see the same reading and my probe is in the pan.
I know Ill probably get flak about having it there but it works.
