There has been a change of plans!!!! I found rust on my inner bedsides which would need to have a new panel welded in to make it right. Today I called "The Chop Shop" & I ordered a solid rust free bed & a front passenger door [couldn't pass it up for the price he quoted me]. He is delivering the bed & door in 2 weeks. He said that since I'm a return customer & paying cash $1000 for both parts delivered from Georgia. Doing it right boys, doing it right!

I tell ya what I would never take that sucker out in the winter. Could you imagine the rage that would follow if someone totaled that truck.

Ps. Sweet job and thanks for the info on the body parts. I talked to him and he also quoted me a good price. Now i just have to find out how i'm going to get them to MN or ND

I won't be treating it any different, First drive will be to the sled pull by the looks of things. Thats the good thing about knowing how to paint....touchup is easy.

I will try my best not to scratch it, but I know it will happen sooner or later. It sucks though.

Thanks man. The price was right too. Street beat customs sells this hood for $1100. I found the manufacturer & the price is killer.
