The one on this 92 is original and looks perfect. Gone through about 3 of them so far on my 96.
It is getting replaced. I need to get under my truck & see how long it actually is.

I realized when I looked out the window & saw the baseballs falling from the sky. I just finished helping my buddy paint his horse trailer, he bought a $500 trailer & had to replace most of the floor. It was rough & we only sanded it down with a DA & shot primer/paint. It sucked getting in the tight corners, but turned out lookin pretty good.

FWIW, on both of my 97 Ext. cab 4X4's I needed ( 2 ) 3/16 x 60" sticks and (1) 3/16" x 30. Laid in there just about perfect.

And I'd slap a coat of paint on that line after you install it.

Its hard to tell with all of the rust on the line, but mine looks like 1/4" or 5/16"? I am glad you told me that, I was gonna cut my line & take a piece with me, now I'll just pick it up. Thanks

I always coat my lines with spray on bedliner. That stuff works great on brake lines.

Got the call, he is gonna be in PA. tomorrow evening between 4-8pm. I gotta meet him in Cranberry, PA. to pick up the bed & door. I'm trying to get some guys to go with me to help load the bed. Can't seem to find anyone available. I hope the guy is feeling strong, I know I can lift MY side.

Here are some pics of the new bed & door that I picked up last night. Not a spot of rust on either piece! Best part is that he included a bedliner, taillight & rust free tailgate. Look at the pics of the bottom of the bed, absolutely spotless even around the wheel tubs. The bed does have a scrape by the taillight, but very shallow & easy to repair. I'm excited!
