When you put them on you may have to remove the stupid little rotor keepers that are like little washers on some of the wheel studs. I didn't on mine and when I had the wheel off the other day, they were getting flattened and you could definately tell they were interfering with the custom wheels.

How far do you want them to stick out?
I checked Summit, and can only find the 16 x 8 with a 4" backspace.
That should stick out about 1 1/2 inches further than stock. (16 x 7 with approx 4 1/2" backspace)

I don't really care how they stick out I think 1.5 inches would be no probelm I was planning to get some sort of flare set up anyways. I was mostly worried about clearing the caliper and steering stuff.

If your concern is fitment, why not bolt the one you have on and see?

I may here in a few days. I was curious about with tire on the wheel, I dont really want to bust out the tire irons when I can ask a total stranger on the Interweb! Also these wheels I am expecting to reliably turn 80-85mph, A LOT faster than my brain turns!

I bought a set of American Racing wheels like the ones you want in a 16x10 don't recall the backspacing but i took a grinder to the top and bottom of brake calipers to get a 1/4 to 1/2 inch clearance and have never had a problem since and its been 3years ago.
