Aftermarket tweeters for aftermarket a-pillar gauge pod

So here's the deal. I put bought a pair of Rockford Fosgate components for the front of the truck. I put the tweeters in the a-pillars and had to cut the holes larger than the factory ones.

Now I bought gauges and the pod for the gauges on the a-pillar have a location for the tweeter, but the dang tweeters I have are too large to fit in the pod. The hole in the pod is 1 3/8", and cannot be cut any larger. Do any of you know of any GOOD tweeters that will fit this size hole? I'm dieing to put in my gauges, but don't want to put them in until I have the tweeter situation nailed down or I know myself and I'll end up tweeter-less for a year.

I glued mine in behind the factory grill. They are about 1/4 inch bigger (MB Quart Qline) than the hole when you snap the grill out. If you mount them in behind the grill just make sure you seal them up tight to the inside of the pillar so all the sound comes out of the grill and not into the pillar. I usually start with a hot glue gun to hold them in place then run a bead of RTV silicon around to do the sealing and mounting.

JL makes a 3/4 " tweeter. Very nice sounding. It's engineered by the guy from MB Quarts.

Would you happen to know the model number of them?

THis may not be any help, but I got my Pioneer 5 ways on overstock and they completely cover the sound from the factory tweeter. They sound just as good because you have all the stuff for it...I like them Just a suggestion. Plus the silver looks really cool in your door panel.

I appreciate the suggestion, but I already have the pod w/tweeter AND the component speakers. Its pretty much too late to turn back now.
