Jason, that's funny. As far as I'm concerned, anyone making more than 500 on #2 with a VE is doing a fantatic job!

Shoot, I made 448 on a small single stage, now with two stages, a 14mm pump, and a new turbo, if I only make 500 I'll be pretty sore.

Please tell me your ditching the stock crossover pipe and going with a 3" or something to hit over 500whp?

Those DDP injectors you're running, I assume they are the "Competition" injectors? Are they the 75lpm ones (soon to be 79lpm I take it?). If so, do you like them more than a 6x0.016" or similar?
They started out at 66lpm, but i lost a about 20hp when compared to my old 370's so I sent them back and they honed them to 72lpm. Now they are 76lpm and if my calculations are correct they should be 5x.016. I dont know how they compare to a 6x.016 because I have never ran any. The good news is Lenny at DDP did them for free as a partial sponsorship.

I cant wait either. So far it feels strong even though I am limiting it to 20#'s of boost. To answer the second question is well I dont really have a good answer. They work so why change them out???

Yep, that'd be a bit of a let-down alright. Surely you'll blow 500 out of the water?!

With nitrous? And you're still running a single turbo, right? (Can't see your sig. from here!) Josh Ayers said it's all in the tuning. I'm not sure if that's exactly true, but I do think small adjustments will produce bigger results than one might think...
But what the heck do I know, I'm still putting around in a beat old heap of a farm truck making around, oohhh, 200hp on a good day

Glad you broke 5 though! Looking forward to the write up.

Mike (our feature editor) told me that they said in their letters section that 350 hp was possible with a simple p-pump swap

So much for it being a "real" 1st gen....

I need to fix some stuff that's rigged up too, my last run caught some of the underhood insulation on fire
