You're welcome! I wasn't around in '05, but as you say it wouldn't have been any different then either. It's a shame really, but what do you do about it? Go and make even more power, right?!!!
Like I said in a previous post, anyone over 500HP is doing great things in my book, so making over 700 is HUGE! Even with correction factors etc. you are still killing everyone else at this time. Nitrous or not, as JQMile told me, you still need a good base number to start from. It's a bit like an assault on Everest isn't it, gotta have a base camp first.
Keep it up mate, and if I ever have the chance and/or means to start brewing a serious engine, I'll know who I'll be going to for help.

Bill; at 2000' elevation he still made about 60 more hp than you. There is no taking that away.
When he gets to sea level that gap will widen.

I sure would like to go to Schieds some time and try out Dunbars dyno but, based on my trap speeds and other dyno info I know it will spit out the same number.

At 500' elevation it just might be my highest uncorrected number yet.

Nicely done Stomp. What is this event on the 15th? I may have to try to pop up for that one. It was nice meeting you up at Piers in '05 and seeing your rig on the dyno. Seems like yesterday but forever ago at the same time.

No everyone is haters. I was maybe pushing a little asking what the numbers were because for days it was like a big secret. Then when STOMP got heated and did his post I thought I'd send him a PM away from the issues in public view and appologize for being pushy about the numbers. I could care less about the correction factor stuff, but still no reason to be so defensive. Anyway, after sending an appology and congrats I never got a responce. Anyone can read back thru what I had posted on here, I dont think I was rude and I even said I dont doubt the 700+ claim. I was just curious what the numbers were. I gotta say though, I was a little disapointed to have no responce of any kind.

Just dyno in Sac on the 15th...you'll usually make MORE uncorrected there....

 

Been a log while since I been on but anyways congrats Stomp I'll defiantly commend you in everyway cause got me beat by a good ways and I'm cheating with a P-PUMP!
