IF those are not stamped "blem" of otherwise factory-seconds, that is a ridiculously low price considering the ultra-high price of tires these days.

I can't buy them myself for that money.

If they are indeed #1 quality, that is a deal.

Big Horns are made in China, that was a Deciding factor when I got tires.

I try to buy American as much as humanly possible.

That's what I asked when I ordered the Nexens. Are they chinese? Nope, Korean.

The harvester I worked for last summer was running chinese Hankooks he was getting through the co-op, they'd blow out after a couple hundred miles on the header cart. He said it needed axles, I told him I'd try some non-chinese tires and probably save a lot of money.

It's funny how the used tires we got in Valentine, even being shorter and not having the heavy load rating, got us to Hill City Kansas, when the new chinese ones couldn't get us half that far.

There is nothing wrong in buying ALL whenever possible.

But, so far as quality and longevity are concerned, there are few tires out there that can compete with anything MAXXIS builds, or TOYO for that matter; alas, both are built in China.

Really!?!?!?!?

I really want to run 255 on the W350 But 6 of those would break the bank I think.

I have somehow ended up with alot of "Definity" tires between trucks i have had, or 1st gens we've had, I have some 33x12.50x16.5 "Definity Dakota A/T" Tires on my truck right now. And they drive great and look kinda like a BFG A/T. Work good too in the rain and stuff.

I don't think they make 255/85 though. They are a pepboys exclusive tire. LIke Uniroyal is to walmart.
