255/85R16 load range E tires?

I've been trying to find 255/85R16 LR E's to replace a set I bought for my 3500 4x4 several years ago. Cooper, Firestone, and Michelin used to make them - but the dealers are telling me not anymore. Tirerack and other outfits only carry the size in load range D. Anyone looked into this recently? I'd hate to have to go back to stock 235/85R16's.

the 255 D is very similar capacity of the 235 E

BFG has the MT in 255/85/16D 3000# capacity vs. 3042# for 235/85/16E

I had the same problem. I think Toyo makes one. I ended up with 255/85s in D.
