What do you think?
Man, you did one heck of a great job on that truck...
The floors rot out because of two reasons.... The cowl develops a crack in it, and then the water accumulates under the floor mat / rubber rug bottom.
When the water cant get out.... you experienced what happens...
Great job.. love the truck, and someday I'm going to build me a short bed version of yours, except 4x4. Shorten a 250 like a few of the other DTR members have, and it looks really cool.... but with your bed style on it, would make it the machine to plow snow with.. It will ride harsh, because of the shortened WB, but IMO would really be fun to drive anyway..
Thanks for sharing your ride with us....

ran a flat bed for the summer while sticking the bed togeather.by the way there is a dodge steel bed floor welded in the bed.i,m going to put an old style lund visor on as soon as i get it painted.that' it.hope i didn't bore you guys.
i cut a peice out of a dodge bed.fuel door and the sheet metal around it.there was no fuel door in the left chevy fender.welded it in.that way i could use the dodge fuel neck.
